    • Any paperwork can be scanned and sent by email to: referrals@hounslowcabs.org.uk but please add your name, address and telephone number.

    • You can also send a request for a call back to referrals@hounslowcabs.org.uk We aim to respond within 48 hours where possible. Due to high demand we might respond within 3-5 working days. We will attempt to call you back three times.

NB The information below is not applicable at the moment.

During the hours detailed below you can attend any one of the drop-in sessions without an appointment on a first come, first served basis. The number of tickets given out is dependent on how many advisers are available. You are advised to come in early.

Initial Assessment

At the Drop-In session, you will have a short discussion with an assessor who will identify the most appropriate way for us to help you.

This could be giving you the information you need to solve your problem yourself or it could be making an appointment to discuss your problem further. Sometimes we might direct you to a specialist that is better placed to help. All our advice sessions are FREE.

Please note that due to funding restrictions we can only offer our services to residents of the London Borough of Hounslow.
