Why

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

All Citizens Advice Bureaux rely mostly on volunteers to provide free, confidential, impartial Advice & Information to local residents. No experience is necessary for most roles, as we provide all the training you need to embark on a truly gratifying experience, that will enhance your skills and will make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

We need volunteers in a variety of roles: receptionist, admin, gateway assessors, advisers, information assistants, trustees and other roles – Please click here to download our PDF for more information. Please consider applying for one of the roles advertised below if you have the interest, any skills required for that particular role, and availability.
